Engineering Manager/Tech Lead

The Role

• As the an Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with Chartbeats leadership team while developing long-term strategies and solutions for our Direct Ad Sales

Order Management and workflow products

• Enhance our technology by performing architecture reviews to ensure that new systems are well-designed

• Oversee key development upgrades, document requirements, and performance needs for large Engineering initiatives

About you

• 10+ years experience as an engineer, including at least 5 years working on large scale enterprise software

• Deep expertise in .NET (Core and Framework), C#, ASP.NET Web Form, JavaScript Strong SQL skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning, SSRS

• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and traditional on-prem hosting environments

• Proven experience maintaining and extending legacy codebases

• Background building and maintaining enterprise level workflow tools and order management systems.

• Experience in the AdTech industry or familiarity with ad trafficking and campaign management systems.

• Familiarity with software systems that have a long implementation timeline and support through professional services

• Familiarity with newer Microsoft tech (.NET Core, Azure DevOps, etc.) and desire to guide modernization

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on a legacy OMS platform.
