About the Role:
Ledger is looking for an experienced PMO to drive operational excellence and delivery efficiency across its Tech organization.
In this role, you will create tangible value by simplifying processes, optimizing key metrics, and implementing robust reporting mechanisms, ultimately helping teams make faster, data-driven decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks and processes within the Tech team.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across delivery tools and reporting systems.
- Oversee capacity planning and forecasting for optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare and publish metrics dashboards and activity reports for stakeholders.
- Support the portfolio management process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and addressing performance gaps.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 5-10 years of successful experience as a PMO or Project Manager in a Tech-driven organization.
- Certification: PMI or equivalent (PMP, Prince2) certification is highly valued.
- Tools: Proven expertise with JIRA, BI tools (Tableau), Excel/Google Sheets, and PPM platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
- Methodologies: Practical knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and V-cycle project management frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Highly motivated, empathetic, and proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management, organization, and analytical skills.
- Pedagogical Approach: Ability to explain processes and metrics with clarity, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process ownership.
- Content & Enablement: Skilled at creating engaging communication materials (visual guides, short videos, workshops) to simplify onboarding and make complex topics accessible.
- Strong Communication: Fluent English is essential; spoken French is a strong advantage.
