Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Multiple Texas Locations

 Job Description:

Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Multiple Texas Locations

Women’s Healthcare Should Never Feel Like an Assembly Line

Neither should practicing it.

A growing women’s health organization is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want enough time to listen, think, educate, and provide thoughtful care.

Opportunities may be available in:

  • Allen
  • Arlington
  • North Fort Worth
  • Beaumont

Apply once and tell us which Texas location—or locations—would fit your life.

You will join a practice that brings OB-GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, advanced practice providers, nurses, and behavioral health professionals together rather than expecting each clinician to work in isolation.

The model is data-informed, team-based, and centered on each patient's individual needs.

Care That Extends Beyond a Single Appointment

As a member of the outpatient women’s health team, you may provide:

  • Antepartum care throughout pregnancy
  • Well-woman examinations
  • Preventive gynecologic care
  • Contraceptive counseling and management
  • Reproductive and sexual health education
  • Evaluation and management of common gynecologic concerns
  • Patient education and shared clinical decision-making
  • Care coordination with OB-GYN physicians, CNMs, nurses, and behavioral health clinicians
  • Timely clinical documentation and follow-up communication

The precise patient population, schedule, and scope of practice may vary by location and professional credentials.

The Clinician We Want to Meet

You are comfortable working independently within your scope while valuing access to an experienced clinical team. You communicate clearly, respect patient choice, and understand that good women’s healthcare requires more than completing a checklist.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Current or obtainable Texas licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Appropriate national board certification
  • Active or eligible DEA registration when required for the position
  • Experience in women’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive health, or a closely related specialty
  • Knowledge of well-woman care, prenatal care, and contraceptive management
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • A collaborative and patient-centered approach

Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification is preferred for NP candidates. The organization will determine acceptable credentials and scope based on the specific location.

A Practice Designed to Support Its Providers

The employment package includes:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • HSA or FSA options
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Professional liability coverage
  • Payment of applicable professional license and DEA renewal expenses
  • Professional development support
  • Leadership training and advancement opportunities

Compensation, incentives, and specific benefits may vary by location and experience.

Bring Your Experience Somewhere It Can Make a Difference

If you want to provide women’s healthcare with greater intention, stronger collaboration, and a team that values both patients and providers, we would like to hear from you.
