Who This Role Works With
Close collaboration with Urgent Care Supervisors, Charge Nurses, and Plaza Managers to maintain quality, efficiency, and a culture of accountability. Serves as the primary point of contact for staffing issues, patient concerns, and facility operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple UCC locations
 - Evaluate staffing needs; build and adjust schedules to meet demand
 - Monitor, track, and replenish patient care supplies
 - Partner with leadership to hit operational, clinical, and fiscal goals
 - Lead administrative support for Charge Nurses and Plaza Managers
 - Participate in rounding and champion patient-experience standards
 - Escalate and resolve operational challenges promptly

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
 - Licensure/Certifications: Active RN license and BLS (current)
 - Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (urgent care or acute/ambulatory preferred)
 - Plus: Demonstrated strength in staffing coordination, throughput, and team leadership
