Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production support activities related to frozen products to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
• Monitor equipment and resources to support continuous production and minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, food safety protocols, and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production support staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Prepare and present production support reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Support Supervisor or in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, especially in frozen food operations.
• Proficiency in production management systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the food industry.
