Sales Business Development Rep/Manager

 Job Description:

Location: Cebu IT Park
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST | 11:00 PM 8:00 AM (PH Time), Monday to Friday
Salary: To Be Discussed
Reports to: VP of Operations

What Youll Do:

  • Sell IT staffing solutions (direct hire and contract-to-hire) for both onshore and offshore models
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM/Bullhorn
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment for timely client submissions
  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market shifts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT staffing or related B2B sales
  • Proven success in new business development and client retention
  • Solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and staffing needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Bullhorn is a plus)
  • Willing to work in US hours (night shift, MondayFriday) and onsite
  • Experience in staffing IT, Finance, Accounting, or Admin roles is a plus
