Sales Business Development Rep/Manager
Job Description:
Location: Cebu IT Park
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST | 11:00 PM 8:00 AM (PH Time), Monday to Friday

Reports to: VP of Operations
What Youll Do:
- Sell IT staffing solutions (direct hire and contract-to-hire) for both onshore and offshore models
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM/Bullhorn
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
- Coordinate closely with recruitment for timely client submissions
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market shifts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT staffing or related B2B sales
- Proven success in new business development and client retention
- Solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and staffing needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Bullhorn is a plus)
- Willing to work in US hours (night shift, MondayFriday) and onsite
- Experience in staffing IT, Finance, Accounting, or Admin roles is a plus
