Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By submitting an application through our vacancies page (hereinafter, "the Page"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions established herein (hereinafter, "the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site to submit requests.

3. Application for employment
The Page allows candidates to apply for full-time, part-time, and freelance positions in the animation, VFX, and video game industry. Candidates can submit their applications to vacancies posted by employers on the Page. Alex Kong does not guarantee job placement and is not responsible for decisions made by employers in connection with job applications.
4. Information provided by the candidate
By submitting a request on the Site, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date and for providing any relevant changes to Alex Kong.
5. Placement fee
Alex Kong collects a commission from employers when he places a candidate in a vacancy. There is no cost associated with the use of the platform for candidates.
6. Misuse of the Page
Improper use of the Page, including the submission of false, fraudulent or inaccurate information, may result in the disqualification of your application and/or the suspension or cancellation of your access to the Page.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Terms to be informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Applicable law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute or claim related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naucalpan, Edo. from Mexico.
