As our Product Development Officer (PDO), you'll be the visionary at the helm. With your deep understanding of human dynamics and storytelling prowess, you'll design impactful event concepts that push boundaries and captivate audiences across diverse categories, from team-building escapades and side-splitting comedy shows to electrifying conferences and impactful corporate gatherings.
Here's your Key Responsibilities:
Concept Architect:
- Immerse yourself in various event landscapes: team-building, entertainment, business conferences, corporate open days, and more.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative concepts with clear objectives and target audiences.
- Craft detailed proposals, outlining activities, learning outcomes (where applicable), budgets, and a captivating event narrative.
- Present proposals to the Head of Product Development and collaborate on refining them.
Content Conductor:
- Weave compelling narratives and scripts for presentations, promotional materials, and even live elements.
- Design interactive activities and experiences that foster connection, entertainment, or learning, depending on the event category.
- Collaborate with internal content creators to produce high-quality materials.
Experience Alchemist:
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product development decisions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry events and conferences, honing your knowledge, and refining your craft.
- Leverage data insights to continuously refine event formats, activities, and messaging for maximum impact and audience engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human resources, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in developing and designing events across diverse categories.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passionate and meticulous individual with a vision for crafting impactful, memorable, and innovative events.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic highly preferred.
