We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Call Center Operator to join our IT school team who is proficient in Czech to help us expand our reach and inspire the next generation of tech-savvy kids.

Key Competencies:

• Friendly and patient attitude, especially when talking to parents and children;
• Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule;
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems;
• A quiet workspace with a neutral background for professional communication;
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required;
• Advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak and a minimum of B1 in English.

What you will do:

• Make sales calls to potential clients, providing information about courses, schedules, and the registration process;
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups;
• Address and resolve any doubts or objections that clients may have;
• Contact client after trial lesson to work on objectives and update reports in the CRM;
• Participate in meetings with the Team Leader.
