CZ Booking Manager / Welcome Manager - Algorithmics IT School for Children

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Full-Time and Weekend Booking Manager who is proficient in Czech or Slovak to help us expand our reach and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate first contact with incoming leads via CloudTalk phone system and, if necessary, through messaging apps or email.
• Conduct qualification calls by asking essential questions about the lead's children (age, interest in programming, computer availability, etc.).
• Match leads with the most suitable course offerings and schedule trial lessons.
• Provide clients with all necessary information to ensure a successful trial lesson experience.
• Guide clients through the booking process until they attend their trial lesson, maintaining responsibility for them until that point.
• Transition clients to the sales manager after their trial lesson.

Key Competencies:
• Friendly and patient demeanor, especially when communicating with parents and children.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems.
• A quiet workspace with a neutral background for professional communication.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak and a minimum of B1 in English.

Performance Metrics:
• Conversion rate from lead to trial lesson booking.
• Conversion rate from booked trial lesson to attendance.
