Fix Salary: KES 30,000 (Plus Performance bonus based on sales volume, up to Kes 70,000)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an engaging, confident, and results-driven Live Commerce Host to represent brands and products through live-streaming sessions across digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing products, demonstrating their features and benefits, interacting with audiences in real time, answering customer inquiries, and driving sales through compelling and informative presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver live product presentations according to company script
- Follow structured Hook Demo Close format
- Maintain energy and clarity during long-duration sessions
- Rotate between roles (Opening / Demonstration / Closing)
- Work in scheduled shifts (day / night rotation possible)
- Collaborate with control team & data team
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent (US or European accent preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of a camera.
- Ability to follow structured scripts accurately while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery.
- Highly disciplined, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, platforms, and processes.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, media, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in French or Arabic, is an added advantage.
