Kitchen Staff ( 3 positions )

Location: Kilimani, Nairobi

Job Summary

Kitchen Staff are responsible for preparing and serving quick meals and light food items for

players and staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met. The role

supports the overall guest experience by delivering fast, fresh, and reliable food service in a

high-paced poker club environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen, café, or quick-service food environment

(required)

Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety practices

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills

Food safety or hygiene certification (preferred or required, depending on

regulations)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quick-bite food items such as sandwiches, snacks, and light meals according

to club standards

Ensure food is prepared efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment

Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene procedures

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management

Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and kitchen setup

Coordinate with waitstaff and bartenders for timely order delivery

Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
