We are recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client is seeking a proactive Event Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills to support the planning and execution of company events. The ideal candidate will manage event schedules, liaise with clients and vendors, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and assist with administrative tasks.
Applicants must have prior experience in event coordination, administration, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate company events from start to finish.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution. Handle event inquiries, bookings, and confirmations via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Prepare event schedules, checklists, and coordination documents.
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records in Google Sheets/company systems.
Assist in preparing reports and post-event summaries.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
Manage customer feedback professionally and de-escalate issues where necessary.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination, administration, or customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in Google Workspace.
Experience in logistics, planning, or hospitality is an added advantage.
