Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates for various positions within the organization. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing organizational development initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization

- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions

- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in person and virtually

- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources to build a pipeline of potential candidates

- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages

- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to promote a positive and productive work culture

- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management and career development

- Keep abreast of best practices and trends in talent acquisition and organizational development to continuously improve processes and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or organizational development

- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

- Professional certification in HR or organizational development is a plus
