Main Purpose:

The Senior Sales Operations specialist will oversee and optimize the sales operations process to drive sales team productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review all Sales operations related to the new projects in terms of payment procedures, products documentation and products delivery.
  • Lead ad-hoc data analysis across various projects.
  • Create company projects on CRM including pricing, unit types, layouts and all information received from the development department.
  • Set up dashboards and reports to track sales operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance indicators.
  • Act as the point of contact and source for any information and any documentation related to projects, units' specifications, pricing and payment terms to any department.
  • Review incoming requests /forms and prepare pricing recommendation for review with sales and prepare final quotes for submittal to customer.
  • Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
  • Archive and control all sales agreements, contracts and documents.
  • Maintain procurement and contract records.
  • Follow up, approve and reject clients/ brokers CILs.
  • Draft contracts for clients.
  • Perform any related additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • 3 -5 years + of experience ideally in Property or Real Estate development.
  • Program management capability.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, independent and good with numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
