Electrical Engineer

Main Purpose:

To plan, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of electrical works by preparing detailed designs, managing resources, and coordinating with project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Conduct Site inspections and supervise installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.
• Coordinate with construction teams, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans.
• Control and implement electrical systems and products.
• Support project on-site execution and make decisions to support projects.
• Making Shop drawings. Please Replace with: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems.
• Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate company.

- Detailed knowledge of electrical equipment is essential

- Ability to design, identify and specify a wide range of electrical equipment

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

- A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.

- Able to prioritize and plan effectively.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
