Sales Manager
About the job Sales Manager
Sales Strategy:
- Deploy the right strategy together with the Sales Director for the launches and events.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Conduct feasibility studies and competitors analysis prior to sales launch.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Collaboration with other department in setting pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Participate and manage all sales events, exhibitions, property fairs or any other media advertising channels and events.
Sales Process:
- Manage current sales pipeline of residential and commercial units.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure sales target achievement of the team as per business plan.
- Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
- Prepare sales commission and general expenses of the sales team.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Accompany team members during outside appointments wherever necessary.
- Handle customer complaints to maintain good customer service.
Monitor daily traffic (walk-ins and phone calls) to the sales office.
- Track all activities within the CRM to manage sales tasks, pipeline, and closing.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate and coach sales teams to achieve the desired sales targets.
- Conduct monthly -mid-year and final appraisals for sales team and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Propose trainings to develop skills within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience ideally in Property or Real Estate Development.
- Strong network of clients and brokers.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and forecasting skills required.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Ability to inspire others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
