About the job Document Controller
Main Purpose:
To manage, organize, and control all project documents and drawings, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities:

Manage all project-related documents and engineering drawings (plans, reports, approvals, correspondence).

Apply accurate coding systems for documents to ensure easy access and tracking.

Distribute updated versions of drawings and documents to relevant teams and parties.

Follow up and issue the latest revisions of documents to prevent errors.

Establish secure electronic and physical archiving systems.

Prepare periodic reports on document status (issued, reviewed, expired).

Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth transmission of documents.

Address issues related to missing, damaged, or incomplete documents.
Requirements:

University degree/diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years experience in Document Controller role (preferably in technical office/construction).

Proficiency in archiving software and MS Office (Word, Excel).

Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
