Main Purpose:
In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive data-informed hiring decisions. And with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment, advanced HR reporting and metrics, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce requirements and sourcing through selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, priorities, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and recruitment events.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire, Time to Hire, Time to Fill, and overall recruitment efficiency.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impact hiring timelines.
- Lead salary and offer negotiations with candidates, balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand representation.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain recruitment dashboards and advanced reports covering key TA metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, source effectiveness, hiring volume, offer acceptance, recruitment costs, and hiring plan achievement.
- Analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, trends, and required actions.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions to support business continuity and future growth.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment platforms, universities, employment fairs, and other talent partners.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, reduce hiring delays, and enhance candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies, employment regulations, and approved compensation structures.
Success in the Role
Success will be measured not only by the number of positions filled, but by the ability to consistently deliver quality talent within agreed timelines, maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships, develop a high-performing recruitment team, and use data and insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with prior experience managing or leading a recruitment team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in HR reporting and metrics-driven decision-making
- Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding time-to-hire targets in a fast-changing environment
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employer branding
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to change
