Main Purpose:
Duties will include recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employees development, managing internships, updating policies and practices.
Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, scheduling, to evaluating candidates for a possible match.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Assist and support in approaching the right profiles.
- Work with managers and supervisors to determine long and short-range staffing needs and necessary recruitment efforts and incentives.
- Draft Job posting and announcements on various recruitment channels.
- Source candidates via online advertising on job and career sites or professional networking.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Conduct relevant employment and reference checks.
- Prepare job offers to the successful candidates.
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics.
- Manage candidates resume database.
- Onboarding of all new hired employees.
- Arrange for online and offline career fairs when needed.
- Ad Hoc/other assigned HR duties and initiatives as assigned by the department head.
General Administration
- Manage, maintain, and update the recruitment HRIS and recruitment reports.
- Manage the full recruitment data migration to the new Recruitment Module.
- Track and report on relevant recruiting metrics.
- Oversee, and conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Update regularly the recruitment database.
- Organization Development & performance management:
- Prepare Job descriptions & Job specifications.
- Assist with the employees engagements activities and employee recognition.
- Assist with the oversight of employee performance management; performance improvement plans, corrective actions, etc.
- Develop, track and regularly report metrics around key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate training effectiveness and determine gaps.
- Assist in designing staff training programs.
- Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a talent acquisition role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying creative, effective candidate pipeline and effective outreach strategies.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good command of Arabic and English Languages.
- HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus.
- Administrative writing skills.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Committed to deadlines and well organized.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and manner required at all times.
