Design - Architectural Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design of the architectural / execution drawings,, from conceptualization to construction, ensuring that all projects meet the company's standards and objectives

- Collaborate with the project team, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to develop project plans and ensure their successful execution

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure that construction is in accordance with the approved plans and specifications

- Review and approve all design documents, including drawings, specifications, and materials, to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- Manage project budgets and timelines, and provide regular updates to senior management

- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing technical expertise and support as needed

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and client meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Architecture

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management

- Registered Architect with a valid license

- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred
