Position: OD Section Head

Alkarma Developments is a leading real estate development company with a strong presence in the market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced OD Section Head to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the OD Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of organizational development within the company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness

- Lead and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans

- Design and facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels

- Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for improvement in organizational processes and procedures

- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans

- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and develop action plans to address any issues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement them within the company

- Manage and mentor a team of OD professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organizational development strategies

- Strong understanding of performance management processes and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems
