Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct unit inspections and receive units from the construction team, verifying they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with construction, quality control, and other internal teams to resolve unit-related issues and ensure readiness for handover.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the handover journey, handling inquiries and providing timely updates to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Organize and supervise handover appointments, including walk-throughs, snag rectifications, and final acceptance.
  • Follow up with clients regarding snag-related issues to ensure timely rectification and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process all handover documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide periodic handover status reports and flag any risks or delays.
  • Assess and advise on interior modification options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Architecture.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle client complaints and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail in unit inspection and snag management.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD.
