We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating various organizational development programs and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement organizational development programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational development, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development and make recommendations for their implementation.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from reputable University

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a real estate or construction company.

- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management strategies.

- Excellent facilitation and training skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.

- Strong project management skills.

- Professional certification in Organizational Development is a plus.
