Main Purpose:

The Survey Technical Office Engineer is responsible for analyzing and processing topographical data collected from the site. This includes handling survey reports, drawings, and maps, coordinating with site teams, and utilizing data from total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments to prepare accurate layouts, land measurements, and boundary details for project execution and documentation.

Job Description:
  • Generate and verify survey data, drawings, and layouts prepared for project execution.
  • Coordinate with site surveyors to ensure accuracy of land surveys, levels, and dimensions.
  • Prepare surveying drawings, reports, and calculations required for construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance of survey works with project specifications, design drawings, and technical standards.
  • Support in resolving discrepancies between design and actual site conditions.
  • Generate as-built survey drawings.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and technical teams on surveying-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all survey-related technical data.
  • Perform quantity calculations and measurements linked to survey outputs.
  • Provide technical support for procurement and project planning related to surveying data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4- 7 years of experience in surveying and technical office roles (preferably in construction or real estate projects).
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying methods, instruments, and standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Total Station, GPS software).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with site and office teams.
