About the job Budget & Cost Control Team Leader

  • Develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain valuable project control databases and reports for projects.
  • Develop various cost estimates levels for various projects.
  • Taking off quantities from drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Analyze project data and develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Review and approve invoices and POs verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules.
  • Produce forecasts schedules on regular basis.
  • Conduct cost analysis, cost control, and monitoring of the budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide guidance on cost management best practices.
  • Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering "Civil ".
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience (General Contracting is preferrable).
  • Primavera is a must, Microsoft Office, Cad 2D and ERP systems are a plus.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong effective oral and written communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Has experience in specialized planning and scheduling software utilization.
