Middle Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Our customer, a full-funnel analytics startup, is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build brand-new, AI-powered web applications from the ground up. 

You'll own both front- and back-end work in a fully remote, fast-iteration setting, shaping products that fuel growth for ad-driven brands.

Ideal Candidate

A self-directed engineer who loves green-field builds, speaks Russian and English daily, and can toggle between crafting polished React UIs and optimizing serverless APIs. You enjoy quick spikes, tight feedback loops, and exploring AI features while keeping code elegant and maintainable. You are based between the USA's EST and Europe's EET time zones.

Key Duties

• Build and ship scalable web apps with Next.js (front-end) and Hono (edge/API routing).

• Design efficient data models & queries using Drizzle.

• Prototype rapidly, iterate on user feedback, and release features continuously.

• Integrate AI capabilities and deliver real-time dashboards / streaming data views.

Essential Skills

• Proven production work with Next.js, Hono, Drizzle.

• Rapid prototyping, experimentation, and clean code practices.

• Understanding of streaming data, ETL pipelines, dashboards.

• Remote collaboration across multiple time zones.
