Business Intelligence Director

An established multi-brand iGaming company is seeking a Business Intelligence Director to lead its BI strategy and cultivate a data-first culture. The role involves leading cross-functional data teams to support strategic decision-making across all major business units.

An ideal candidate would be a senior BI leader from the iGaming sector with a proven ability to scale data operations and influence strategic decisions, who is comfortable managing technical teams and aligning data initiatives with high-level business goals, and is a strong communicator who can synthesize complex data into executive-friendly insights.

Key Duties:

• Define and execute the company-wide BI strategy

• Standardize KPIs across departments

• Manage data integration and governance across systems

• Build scalable BI architecture and self-service tools

• Deliver department-specific analytics and dashboards

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary BI team

• Ensure data compliance (e.g., GDPR)

• Embed data insights into operational and executive workflows

Essential Skills:

• 12+ years in BI or Data Analytics

• 5+ years in BI leadership roles

• iGaming industry experience (non-negotiable)

• SQL and BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Expertise in KPI frameworks and executive reporting

• Leadership of cross-functional data teams

• Knowledge of data privacy laws

• Strategic thinking and organizational awareness
