Our customer, a remote-first startup helping businesses access full-funnel analytics without hiring an in-house data team, is hiring a skilled Data Engineer for a performance-marketing analytics team. 

You'll own end-to-end data work for client projects, from scoping and MVPs through ongoing upkeep, focusing on technical delivery.

Core Duties:

  • Assess client data sources & reporting needs
  • Design / build ETL pipelines pulling from ad & analytics platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA UA, GA4, GTM, etc.)
  • Integrate external systems via APIs
  • Model data & calculate marketing performance metrics
  • Create dashboards / visual reports, ensuring data quality
  • Keep project documentation current
  • Iterate on data processes and infrastructure

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced SQL (hands-on)
  • End-to-end ETL development
  • API integration expertise
  • Data-visualization tooling (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Client-facing project communication
  • Fluent Russian, strong English (B2+)
