Senior Software Architect (Sportsbook)

Our client, a renowned global iGaming software provider, is hiring a seasoned Software Architect with deep sportsbook or high-frequency system experience who thrives in high-stakes, real-time environments. 

The successful candidate must be comfortable navigating complex integrations and compliance landscapes, lead multicultural teams, and drive performance-first architectures. Based in or willing to relocate to Tbilisi.

Key Duties

• Design and optimize scalable sportsbook platforms for high-concurrency, low-latency environments

• Integrate with sports data/odds providers (e.g., Betradar, Betgenius)

• Ensure platform compliance with regional regulations and anti-fraud mechanisms

• Mentor dev teams across Southeast Asia

• Innovate features for new betting markets and engagement tools

• Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize architecture

Essential Skills

• 8+ years in software development, 5+ in architecture roles

• Strong sportsbook or real-time platform expertise

• Deep knowledge of betting systems, mechanics, and compliance

• Proficient in:

  • Programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, C++, Python, Node.js, Vue, Angular)

  • Cloud/microservices (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud)

  • Messaging/real-time tech (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets)

  • Databases (SQL, NoSQL, caching, event-driven systems)

• Team leadership experience
