We Are Looking For Compassionate Physical Therapists Who:

• Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college 
• Are licensed Physical Therapists issued by the state in which they will be working- Have a minimum of one year healthcare experience-
• Possess a current drivers license and can spend approximately 20% of their day driving to/from patient locations
• Are committed to consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting
• Have the skills needed to self-manage their time and schedule
• Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Healthcare
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR, TruChart EHR
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• Valid Physical Therapist certification/license in the state of Michigan (MI)

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m./9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (PT within this schedule)
• Local travel to residential homes
