Your Role:
As a Construction Crew Foreman, you will:
- Lead a team in constructing steel-wood hybrid buildings
- Ensure quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and job site safety
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and job assignments
- Plan daily project progression and complete necessary paperwork
- Train and mentor crew members to uphold high standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman (minimum 2+ years)
- Skilled in framing, sheet metal work, roofing, and carpentry
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations (OSHA 10 or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- A pride in workmanship and an ability to motivate the team
- Reliable transportation to the shop each morning (Class E/Chauffeur License minimum)
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Additional OSHA Certifications
- Commercial project experience- CDL
