Experienced Mechanic

Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy equipment and truck repair and maintenance. They should be able to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, with experience in hydraulics, electrical, diesel/gas engine vehicles, and welding skills. Candidates must hold a valid CDL A license or be willing to obtain one, and must be able to work independently to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Use company-provided diagnostic software to test, inspect, and determine causes of malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair brakes and steering systems.
• Repair, replace, or overhaul engines and engine components.
• Explain repair options to operations and keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures when working on vehicles.
