RN Clinic Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of our on-site clinic, ensuring high-quality care.
• Hire, coach, and develop clinic staff, including RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and Medical Director to enhance clinical workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for CMS auditors and support quality audits.

Qualifications Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• RN with 5+ years of experience
• Supervisor experience (1+ years)
• Clinic Experience (3+ years)
• 3+ years of experience in any of the following: Geriatric Care, Geriatric/LTC, Hospice, Case Management
• Valid licenses/certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in California, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
