Medical Director (Full-time)

Overview:

This role requires ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care for PACE program participants. Candidates should have prior experience as a Medical Director and knowledge of PACE is preferred.

Qualifications Required:

• Doctorate degree
• 2+ years of experience in Geriatric Care and PACE Experience
• 5+ years as a Physician
• Valid MD license in California (CA), DEA, CDS, and AHA BLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care including evaluation, diagnosis, and management
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff
• Oversee Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement Program

Schedule and Shift Details:

40 hours per week; M-F, 8 am-5 pm, with possible on-call duties
