Key Holder / Owners Assistant Part-Time (As Needed) We are seeking a reliable and bilingual candidate to serve as a key holder and right-hand support to the business owner. This individual will be responsible for opening the office, preparing outgoing orders, and coordinating handoffs with the delivery driver.
This is a part-time position, typically 3 days per week, with a flexible as-needed schedule. Its ideal for someone looking to earn extra income and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and secure the office daily
 - Prepare and organize orders for shipment
 - Coordinate with delivery personnel for pickups
 - Support general office tasks as needed
 
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
 - Dependable and punctual
 - Basic organizational and communication skills
 - Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule
