Service Technician

Service Technician:

Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pmPay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Temp To Hire 

Seeking an initiative-taking individual that can adapt to a demanding environment and work with others in a positive interactive environment.

Ability to diagnose, maintain and repair hydraulic, electric, or mechanical winch systems.

Ability to learn product inventory and company operations that include various service functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Auto Mechanic repair experience (2+ years) **Critical to the Client
• Technical service and experience
• Hydraulic or Heavy Equipment experience
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to understand unit breakdowns.
• Knowledge of the winch industry a plus

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues, including disassembling/reassembling, and repairing/rebuilding faulty winches.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance, such as lubricating drums, changing gear oil, and inspecting cables.
• Inspection & Testing: Conducting safety inspections and load testing to ensure equipment meets operational and safety requirements.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate service logs, repair reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Support and Report: The service manager.
