Job Summary

All Tex is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee operations in a steel fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with powder coating processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership.

Schedule: Monday Friday (Saturday) 6am 6pm or 6pm -6am OT as needed basis 

Responsibilities

• Supervise powder coating operations including surface prep, application, and curing
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coating equipment (spray booths, ovens, etc.)
• Monitor environmental conditions and coating specifications for quality control
• Lead and train team members to meet production goals and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of production, inspections, and compliance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely workflow and material availability

Requirements

• Prior experience in powder coating or industrial coatings supervision
• Strong understanding of coating techniques and equipment
• Ability to lead a team and enforce safety protocols
• Must have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Must be available to rotate shifts, including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and quality assurance practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication or pipe coating
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
