• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Job Description:

All Tex Staffing is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Yard Mule Operators for a busy industrial yard in Baytown, TX. This role involves operating yard trucks to move trailers and containers within the facility, supporting logistics and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate yard mule trucks to transport trailers between loading docks, staging areas, and storage zones
• Perform routine inspections of equipment before and after use
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate trailer movements
• Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and movements
• Follow all site safety protocols and traffic guidelines
• Assist with general yard organization and cleanliness as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating yard mules or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Compensation:
