Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, and staging outbound orders for delivery from a fast‑paced electrical supplier distribution center. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safe handling of electrical components, tools, and industrial materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to meet daily shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Must be able to lift to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with electrical parts is a plus, but not required
• PPE Required: Steel‑toe shoes
