Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: ATP Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

ATP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement across the facility. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance technicians during daily operations
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are followed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records
• Coordinate with production and safety teams to support operational goals
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skill levels and performance
• Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience supervising a maintenance team
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Must have PPE and adhere to all safety requirements
