Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

- Empty trash and recycling bins

- Clean and maintain common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms

- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or damages to supervisor

- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing duties

- Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as needed

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
