Marketing Coordinator
Candidate will contribute to the Marketing Departments objectives by developing publications and websites, coordinating multimedia packages, facilitating marketing campaign efforts, scheduling meetings, creating timelines, and helping to plan events.
Role Qualifications:

- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, probe, write, and speak concisely.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be exceptionally well organized and detail-oriented, exposed to office and manufacturing environments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans.
- Assists in accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by participating in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities and improving product packaging.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related course study.
- 1-2 years' experience in an Advertising related environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Design and
- Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Elements.
- Proficiency in Flash is desired but not required.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
