Dispatcher - Houston TX 77022
Hours - 8am to 5pm
Schedule - Monday thru Friday
Account (billing) Clerk
- Billing is done daily for our customers. We have 5 + customer accounts.
- Create estimates (quotes), once repaired convert into invoice.
- Data entry
- Constantly communicating with customers and providing updates.
Dispatching (About 50% daily broken down below)
- Our Team dispatcher is in contact with customer and Team mechanic throughout
the process of repairs needed on road service request. Check emails/ reply . (30 %
percent)
- Create estimates, once repaired convert into Invoice. (15% percent)
- Data entry (5% percent)

Other Responsibilities that include day to day task
Monitor overall demand and utilization while prioritizing work distribution.
Customer Service:Be the first telephone point of contact for customer questions, orders,
pickups, visitors, and delivery needs.
Monitor and alert drivers and Team personnel as needed of traffic problems, such as
construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.
