Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler

Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our production team. This role involves assembling components to produce high‑quality gages while meeting production deadlines and maintaining strict quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Role Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to understand and follow Method Instructions
• Proficient in using hand and small power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, screw gun)

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete basic clerical tasks such as filling out forms and reports
• Communicate with the Assembly Technician Lead and Manager regarding work progress and order status
• Assemble components within established time standards while following procedures and specifications
• Use Method Instructions to assemble equipment accurately
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Take responsibility for the quality of completed work
• Cross‑train to support additional production line tasks as needed
• Perform simple calculations related to assembly work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
• Previous assembly or production experience preferred
