Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shear Operator with forklift experience and basic machinery knowledge. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and support production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the shear machine to cut rebar or metal materials to the required specifications
• Assist with general machinery operation as needed
• Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Steel‑toe shoes required
• Forklift experience required
• Basic machinery or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
