Landscaper Helper

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Required Availability) Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of lawns
• Help install sod, plants, trees, mulch, and decorative landscape materials
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Operate basic landscaping equipment (weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
• Assist with irrigation system installation and minor repairs
• Perform clean-up duties after each job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working condition
• Support crew leader with daily tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding position requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
