Job Order: Tally Man

Position: Tally Man Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Shift Requirement: Must be available to rotate shifts every 2 weeks as needed Location: Baytown 

Job Summary

The Tally Man is responsible for accurately recording and tracking all incoming and outgoing materials. This role ensures proper documentation, maintains accurate counts, and supports warehouse operations by keeping detailed and organized records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and track incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain logs, counts, and inventory records
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic computer tasks
• Experience in material tracking, tallying, or similar warehouse roles
• Must have required PPE (steel‑toe boots, safety vest, etc.)
• Ability to work long shifts and rotate schedules every 2 weeks
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
