Production Supervisor Alltex Personnel

Key Duties:

• Oversee machine operations and ensure production targets are met
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper setup
• Monitor quality standards and submit QA documentation
• Train and assign employees based on competency
• Maintain safety compliance and report incidents
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• Use SAP and Microsoft tools for reporting
• Must be available to rotate shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM 6:00 AM 
• Must have steel toe shoes
