Assembly /Welder (Pasadena)

Responsible for putting together components or parts to create finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Build the product until fully completed by following blueprints, work instructions, or diagrams to assemble.
• Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerance and product requirements.
• Must be able to use various tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure that products meet specifications.
• Inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Reporting any issues or defects to supervisors.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work as part of a team are important skills for an Assembler.

• Ability to follow directions.
• Effectively demonstrate on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Self-Starter with ability to multitask
• Physical Demands: manufacturing setting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ability to read and write in English
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of previous assembler experience on the production floor (preferred)
• Ability to workdays or night shift, overtime, weekend as needed, 8-10 hr. shifts.
• Days (7:00 am -3:30 pm)
